Waves of Madeira

Madeira, Portugal

I discovered my love for wave photography in autumn 2021 when we had some heavy storms in the north of Germany. I travelled to the coast and was initially quite overwhelmed by the weather conditions with wind speeds of over 150 km/h, but when I realised the euphoria simply overwhelmed me. The way the waves break, the dynamics that are created, I was simply blown away!
